Once the washing is finished (and episode 4 of the alienist) i am intending to go out for todays run so you have 90 mins or so to take advantage of what should be a 5+ mile route. Depending on when i go out back around noonish.

I'm predicting a light week ahead. Left calf tightened during Tuesday's run. No ping, and I'm walking on it just fine - but I'm gonna hold back for the next few days.

Planning to finish work between 4:30 to 5pm, to go for a run of between 5-7 miles, so I guess uploading any time between 5:30-7pm depending what time I can actually get out to run.

Investor Report. Good medium term returns possible.
From tomorrow I'm intending to start building towards the Centurion One Community event at the end of this month, this should see a healthy rise in my value over the rest of November. I only have 87 points falling away in that time, return will be fair amount higher than that if everything goes to plan.
However, I do have a couple of niggles which might require some unscheduled rest days throughout the month and which could impact the final week quite severely.
In summary, potential for good day trading and longer-term holding during November, but caveat emptor!
