Yes, Em and J. It can be good for running, depending on where you are starting from, or it can be a distraction if you main objective is to be a better runner, because of the time needed for cycling and walking. If you want to be all-round fitter it can be good. As I worked through stages of the multi I remember it getting to the point that there wasn't much time for other things between dawn and dusk other than eating, changing clothes, running, walking and cycling.

having a full body reset...well couple of days of stretching/x training and bought lots of new shoes. committing to hitting the get racing fit comeback trail KO 08/11, 4wk phases, miles will creep up. in theory. thought i'd say it 'out loud'.

I need a full reset when I get rid of this blinking cold. Some hope of going to parkrun but in all honesty anything that happens there should probably be logged as a walk!
