I only really get interested when it hits the mountains imo it's when the tour starts.

I used to play on the beach in France with little plastic riders round a home made sand track, flicking marbles to move the riders! Twas fab fun.

Although at 36 years old, I looked a tad silly.

Sorry to disappoint RG.

Cyclingnews is pretty good Pesto, Eurosport player will be showing it live, and potentially ITV will have a live feed online, especially as they're televising it live in ITV4 this year.

TSG - Not sure I'll be getting on Lance's back any more than usual. Still don't like him, but then I never have :-)

Idio - Roubaix stage this year should be interesting, and could shake things up a bit earlier than usual.

Really looking forward to it! We're going out there for the Prologue in Rotterdam and are going to watch the first four stages live. And I think it starts far earlier than the mountain stages this year: the third stage is going to be like a mini Paris-Roubaix (lots of cobbles!) and there's some great rolling countryside in the second stage. We also get Rotterdam and Brussels early on.

A highlight will definitely be the Tourmalet double though!

For one reason or another haven't seen any cycling this year hoping to catch most of the Tour.

I hope it does hammerite :) I know not many like the time-trialling but I really do enjoy watching the team time-trial.

OH has bought the official programme, it's a big thick magazine with rider profiles, details of each stage and the teams. It's fab :)
