I think this year is his best tour win, hard fought, but I think he may be on the decline... andy for next year. great TT by andy... shame denis was not closer to the them.. he took 1.40 or so out of contador.

Has he done a good TT this year? As for the mountains, I think he did what he had to do and we may have seen more if he needed to attack.

I'm not so sure I think Contador was goosed after the other day, I actually think he was a bit shocked when Schleck managed to peg him back after his attack the other day. Would have been interesting to see what would have happened if 'chaingate' hadn't have happened! I don't think Contador has got as good as a postion on the new bike as has been suggested, he just looked errrrr wrong and uncomfortable.

He also says he had some bad days at the tour, seems that he managed to poker face his way to a win. There's a picture on cyclingnews forums of Contador after the TT and he looks totally fcuked! Will try and post a link if I can later.
