As much as I was able to say how good it was, I was able to recognise that I'm not good enough. Once I can bash a marathon out with no worries, I'll be back. Might come down to support though. And drink wine/cider while admiring the efforts of the participants...

Lots of teams just there for a bit of fun and with no targets except completion. Also several very competitive teams for which you seem to need to be able to run 40-45 min on that course several times
