No parkrun for me tomorrow, I've got to go to That London for lunch with some very distant 'friends' - people who were the first online folk I got to know on another website, and we've very vaguely kept in touch via a FB group. The woman who has organised the lunch has had a bit of a tough time in the last couple of years so I felt I couldn't refuse the get-together, but we really have very little in common these days so I'm not particularly looking forward to it. But often these things are better than we expect, so fingers crossed!
