Sombrero 5 Oct 2:26pm, 5 Oct 2024 14,400 posts	0 Sombrero Hi gonks. A really pleasing parkrun - 23.44 at Penistone, my 3rd visit and around a 45 second course PB. Starts and finishes on a grass field and then up and down a long trail. Not a difficult one, but not the easiest either. Only 7 seconds slower than my best parkrun time this year which was on a flat one looper all on paths so very happy. Sal got a course PB too so happy days!
