PaulaMc 5 Oct 4:12pm, 5 Oct 2024 12,973 posts	0 PaulaMc 4th session of bootcamp. I’m bloody loving it 🥰 although my shoulders and legs aren’t quite so sure. Today was a HIIT class - indoors and outdoors, depending on what you were doing for that 3 mins - followed by a social (pizzas cooked by the Italian brothers who run the gym, in their pizza oven) with beer and brownies. It was a bit of a drive to this venue (30mins through some twisty turny country lanes) but worth every minute.

I went to meet my swimmy friends on the beach and watched as they frolicked in the waves but had no wish to join them in the water. I don't know why but my foot has been quite painful today, on the bit where I had a Morton's Neuroma a few years ago. I really hope it's not coming back 😕
