Morning all!
Just done my run/walk. Much harder than it was at home last week but then it is much warmer here.
Taking Maisy to the vet shortly then heading north.

Well, best laid plans and all that... I booked a swim for the 10:30 to 2pm slot (the later slot gets too busy with schoolkids!) but then in a discussion with OH I volunteered to take the car to have its wheel balancing sorted and possibly new rear tyres fitted, thinking I could get my run done while that was going on then head off for my swim. The run happened but the car took longer than I expected so the swim had to be cancelled.
But it did mean that I could do some gardening instead so all was not lost. And it certainly got chillier as the day's gone on, so my swim might not have been that enjoyable.

No Idris, you didn't have *all* the rain; quite a lot of it fell on me while I was undertaking a 45-minute run in the early evening. A very sudden, very heavy shower.
