We're back in the 'shire again but only briefly - I need to go to choir tomorrow, on Weds we're meeting brothers- and sisters-in-law for lunch in Oxford then on Thursday it's back down to the seaside. I wish teleportation was an actual thing! I hope to squeeze in a lido swim and a run or two while we're here though.

Doctors visit re MRI scan on knee and basically lots of little things wrong but nothing major so just strengthen up the knee and hope it improves 🫣 has order a blood test though to see if we can find out why I am so exhausted all the time. So I shall now gradually start doing more exercise/strengthen bits with the knee and see what happens.

Valencia was lovely, although we though it was a bit smelly and grubby in places. We also went to the Aquarium (or other fancy name) and saw some of the other buildings in the locality.

We're a nomadic bunch at present. Hopefully my fuzzy head will pass! Hugs to MM - hope you can make your knee work for you. I'm a big advocate of strengthening exercises. We were never designed to do nothing.

Som's on his hols somewhere in the UK, er.... I can't remember the others now, but it's been a big month for travelling this year.
