Hmmm. I think it's pretty much a proven fact that the catholic church has been covering for it's priests when they get a bit "overenthusiastic" for decades. Successive popes have either been directly involved (sometimes prior to their election as pope) or aware of what their subordinates have done to be culpable. Still, religions get a pass, don't they?

Well, some religions do.

18GHz is attenuated very strongly by rain (so it's not used for mobile phones of course). So maybe the government's plans were thwarted by storm ciaran? Perhaps the chemtrails to control the weather didn't work properly?
