Morning all. I’d be concerned about a turd of that colour Sombrero though I’m struggling to think what it might indicate 😳

Trying to avoid moving towards the injury bench. A slight tightness in the back of my right knee is a bit sore this morning. Not what I want with Chester on Sunday!

Cheeky’s Dad it's an unusual shade of green. :-o

Woke up feeling much, much better. We have been down to Poole Harbour and did a little run. Absolutely lovely.

Off to Swanage this afternoon for a steam train 🚂 trip and general holiday eating and relaxing.

I often find that any tightness on the back of my legs is helped by very gentle calf stretches.
