Afternoon!
Hope all your Saturday's are going to plan. Running Club takeover at Park run this morning. Mr PL needed the car so cycled over. First time back on a bike for a month. Very humid. Glad I wasn't running today.

Oh and then I sprained my ankle and had to hobble 2k back to the car 😖😖😖. Fortunately, we knew someone in a hiking group who lent me some poles. But I am in a great deal of discomfort.
