I’ve been out and run some hill reps, took dog with me as I did them on a hill in the woods. She got very confused running up and down the hill with me😂

Get well soon SWoo.

I'm currently sat in the car in Sheffield at the tram park and ride. Today I've ran 5k, drove to Sheffield to the tram park and ride, taught in Sheffield centre with the probation service for 2 hours, was going to get the tram back but none were due so did a walk in the sunshine instead. Got a meeting at a school at 4 30 so will set off soon.

An accidental 8 miles for me today. Meant to do 7 but slight route miscalculation.

Lovely (brief) dip in the lake today. Only one swim left now to complete my Penguin Challenge :-)
My friends weren't swimming but waiting for me to go for lunch with them, so they kindly took photos.

Ill be fetched up Kim we are usually just after mile 7 when you turn left up st james st and then on the road opposite the sea life but theres a new turn and a main toilet stop around there now so we may not be welcome there

Went for a run this morning; tripped on a kerb and went flying. No real damage, just bruising.

Off to That London tomorrow for a few days with Eldest Son and family. Shall not attempt to keep up with the thread.
(Not really keeping up anyway).
