I think I’m going to go for a sellotape and safety pin combo, and also an additional piece of paper with my name and numbers on in the pocket. Can’t find any of this new-fangled string.

Work took over and I will be in a warehouse in Cambs instead of the start line. I seem destined to never start this race.

Morning! Rather like the late start! I’ll jog from home around 0905 and going to castle field to meet some of the people I do a Friday social run with then I’ll fly by the dday into orange pen. Eyes peeled for Fetchies!

Have primed family for post race options.

Anyone (apart from me) doing the Great South Run this weekend? I’ve entered the 5k on Saturday as well as the main run on Sunday. It’s my 3rd time doing this one.
UPDATE : 2024 my 5th time!
