Finished in something under 1.30, very happy with that. Had a lovely race :) Went for fish and chips but the usual place is shut so I'm next door at the cafe drinking milk

I ran with Sweetie for a few miles, sorry I didnt see anyone else but it was brill.

Wanted under 1.40 and got 1.37. Hope you've all had fun!

Anyone (apart from me) doing the Great South Run this weekend? I’ve entered the 5k on Saturday as well as the main run on Sunday. It’s my 3rd time doing this one.
UPDATE : 2024 my 5th time!
