(Going back a couple of pages) Tikka, hope your hamstring behaves for you and you can get some enjoyable runs in this month. You're spot on about being sensible and healthy for January!
4/100 after some lunchtime loops of the park. Calf niggle seems to have cleared up but I'll keep it easy for a few more days to be safe.

5k to set the December ball rolling. Should have been further, but wasn’t enjoying it at all. Dark and cold and just wasn’t happening for me. Now back home in the warm.
