Well, strictly speaking, it was published in Mrs Nico's name, but it was 100% my recipe! Marlin* with sweet potato wedges and mango salsa. Included in a Weight Watchers book about 20 years ago. So long ago that it was written for Marlin, which is now on the banned list. Swordfish is the option. She (we) won a massively powerful Bamix blender.
