Synge - I couldn't have done this on my own. My cross training mileage is significantly higher than my running mileage as I've had piriformis issues since the last week of GVRAT, so glad I entered the team as a multisport one
A group of 10 spreads it out nicely, and everyone is doing their own thing. Hopefully enjoying it too
