Great pics! We did it the easy way and had gorgeous views of the ridge once we got to the top.

Having come down the east way I’m glad we didn’t do out and back, the ridge was far more interesting 😀

We had a stunning day last November for Sgor Gaoith. Richard and shanksi went far too close to the edge!

Such a nice summit. We made the mistake though of following the Walkhighlands route without reading it properly. The descent was horrible! All deep heather and no paths. The descent was harder than the climb.

After being rained in in Mull since Wednesday, we’ve had a rain free day. Boggy underfoot in parts but with a promise of some clear sky. We did Ben More, starting from Loch Na Keal, we climbed Beinn Fhada then took the ridge route via A Chioch. We were sandwiched between low cloud/ fog and high cloud so had a wonderful view inland and out to Skye. Both The Cuilin and Ben Nevis were visible poking out from their own bits of cloud.

Off to Mull on Saturday. Hoping the weather will improve a little. Ben More is on the "weather dependent" list of things to do.

Fabby, she's such a great athlete but so modest. Real inspiration. :-) G

It was quite snowy on Glas Tulaichean today, I knew it had been snowing but didn't think so much would be lying. A nice hill:

That looks great. I’d seen done SM stuff about the snow that had come in over the weekend and thought it would be lovely up there this weekend.
