Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

And the look of hurt in their eyes should you fail to spot them in time will wound your soul...

As ever, the magnificent mogs (and pedigrees) in this thread never fail to cheer me up.

We recently had cause for alarm - we heard an unhappy cat miaowing outside, but could not locate him. We live on a major crossroads, so housemate's anxiety was peaking. After judicious prodding of a bush with his crutches, we finally saw a small tiger-striped cat strolling around, ignoring us. He was a bit skinny, but otherwise OK (phew). We decided to keep an eye out for a closer look at him.

Later, housemate saw a woman with two pugs on leads, and heard a bit of a commotion. He formed the opinion that one of the pugs was going for skinny tiger, and raced down.

Turns out, she'd been looking for skinny tiger, or Steve as he's usually known, all week, and he and the pugs are mates, and they'd all been very sad. And Steve and family happily strolled off home :)

I hope he comes to visit us - he was a lovely little cat!
