Heard a lot of actual birds, saw none that would stay still long enough to photograph. Even the Canada Geese that are almost always by a lake, were absent today.

I did find a swan though

Some eagles possibly

I like the flying lapwing. It’s a bird that is highly evocative of wide open spaces and ‘big skies’ :-)
