Well done on your runs everyone. Sad about the squirrel GG. We have lots of red ones round here and I hate seeing them squished on the road.

Good to see your nephew is interested in running, he has a great coach ☺️.

Yes it was very sad Steve, good to see that folk on here actually looks out for one another. But sad that he died alone.

I did a hilly session last night. It is a street circuit of about 400m going up a steady hill and come back down. I went round 6 times and ran each one. The last one my fastest, I think. Was a good session and need to do more of them. Early run for me tomorrow, hoping it's not raining.

Garmin Connect has been down nearly all day,so I haven't been able to get on here or strava until about an hour ago. I did run today, but I will reply to your posts, and add mine tomorrow. Most frustrating, I've only just got onto Wordle so will have a go at that.

Oh no hs! I never noticed it was down but my garmin did save a run when it was paused to cross the road, which was most random. Don’t suppose it’s connected.

Always sad to see road kills. So lucky though for you to have Reds up there Lesley, long time absent this far south and I've never seen one .
Good session you did there.

Quite a bitter north east wind here early this morning. Thank goodness it was against the wind for the first half and some shelter from trees along the trails. 5.1 miles in my new Saucony...broke them in yesterday!

Good running everyone.
It seems that I was the only one that had Garmin Connect go off line yesterday, which prevented me from posting.

There are no red squirrels in the forest, but lots of greys.

Well done Lesley for yesterday's hill session, and this mornings 5.1 miles Steve in your new Saucony trainers.

Yesterday was a very intense interval session with the Wednesday Group, in the Marina. It comprised 5 x 100, 5 x 200 and 4 x 400 metres.

This morning was a solo 2.74 miles on roads on "jelly legs."

My In Laws are extremely lucky, they get squirrels coming into their garden. They have feeding boxes set up, they are amazing to watch.

7 solo miles this morning, nice to see some daylight towards the end, it was dull and cloudy though.
