Morning all. Bootcamp was hard, but I managed to do it all. I thought I wouldn't.

Sounds lovely CStar..

Have a lovely swim Linds and enjoy the beach AR.

Hope everyone else ok, and in a position to enjoy the weather while it lasts.

Morning all :)
Well done for getting through it, TeeBee!

I'm not keeping up very well.
Very Monday-ish after a busy weekend. Dog walk this evening, I think. Climbing up and down the loft ladder a few times and a walk to the village shop before then.
Have a lovely Monday, people xx

Yes, lots of people finishing early this year.

Sadly a morning sitting has highlighted that the calf is still problematical. Sitting is the problem it would seem.

Not that I plan to drive that far - but is it impressive?

Very quiet in here today - creeping back in to see if any more bunting required.
No? Well - another gentle 4-5 mile in another mainly wooded part of the NF, Quite enjoying these gentle shorter runs, Well, on days like today when I stayed upright & didn't make the wound in my knee any worse.

Definitely more time watching the path and ground than looking around for deer!

That 3rd pic - we were being watched. Unless they move, it's very difficult to see them. In the middle of it is

Give it a few days and 12Bar will need the bunting. I should get there in just over a week.

Great photos (again!) um!

The beach was more civilised today but quite windy at times, I was lucky to not get bashed in the head by a flying umbrella! The sea was too cold for me to get my shoulders under today, I just couldn't do it. I was finally seen off by a group of families, speaking in foreign tongues, pitching up near me with a great big boom box blaring out. I don't know why the children weren't at home being home-schooled.

It was nice while it lasted though.

Evening all.

Todays challenge was a pre 9am swim in the river. I set a target and managed quarter of a mile-ish upstream, and then a gentle return with a bit of rest on my tow float. Lungs know they worked today, but again, it's progress. The water was beautifully cool and the house martins bounced around me.

Love the photo of the deer in the woods :-)
