Mornage!
Here we go again. Doesn't feel like a Friday but one day isn't really very much different from another at the moment.
Going for a cross-fields walk with the dog later to avoid people and towpaths ;). Will take some wipes for gates.

Morning Bernards
They should really prop gates open for the duration if there are no animals in there shouldn’t they? My local river park has 2 sets of gates to keep cattle in and motor bikers out, but with neither present right now the gates are just annoying.

Will walk tonight, body blast this morning so best get moving

Morning :-) I think if it was my gate I’d want it shut but wouldn’t mind so much about council property ;-)

Morning :)

Happy belated birthday Badger, hope you had some cake :)

That looks lovely TM.

I can't wait to get home and be able to get out for a walk, run and cycle, not on the same day. I am feeling much improved today and feel I'm finally coming out the other side. All my ski group have been having similar symptoms over the last couple of weeks and many of them are in the over 70/80 category. I guess it helps being relatively fit people to start with.

Got out to do my run.

My plan said 30s intervals, but I didn't want to do anything huffing and puffing near anyone else. Realised the local sports club wouldn't be open so checked out to see if the road leading up to it was available and it was (a deserted piece of tarmac or pavement is unherd of round my parts even during lockdown).

Good thought TB. I wanted to do a hill session but the one I use is very residential.

We will all need to be inventive. I’m thinking when I take or pick up ds1 from work tomorrow I can go round the corner to the ranges and get some hills in. If I wanted to do intervals there would be zero traffic in the nearest industrial estate. Though right now I’m just happy plodding along the river when it’s quiet.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
