Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Some great performances here bunting
Run the sum appears to be getting me going again. I ran on monday as well so have just got my 7 day streak badge :)
Apparently I have also taken control of Thornton Reservoir - which is rather fitting :) :)

Morning! I've not read back nearly 100 posts so I trust everyone is in a good place both literally and metaphorically :-)

I've managed to keep the Run the Sum going so far but we'll have to see how the coming week goes.

Legs a bit sore after yesterday's first run in 2 months. So I went for another run to loosen them up.
Some of it a bit more like running, but still taking it very easy on uneven ground, downhills and tree roots. Also a pause or two for 'watching the deer'. Definitely not a breather - mainly because it's even harder to get going afterwards. Small running camera, not the proper one.

Fab running by all, well done bunting

Yesterday I logged nearly 35000 steps... 9.5 mile walk with TP and turtle, then 2 mikes each way across the fields where my farmer friend was having a party. Bit like an alcoholic scout camp... All sitting round a fire outdoors with far too much gin and prosecco, with many silly stories told. Staggered in around midnight and burned the toast. Reminded me of my far younger days ๐Ÿ˜‚

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
