Morning! Lovely 6 miles done with a friend this morning. 2 good runs on the trot. Now I just need to remember how good it feels to move when I have that cba'd feeling.

Well done to all the achievements bunting

I have had a frustrating morning :-( . Set out with the intention of trying a half marathon but within a mile my shins were hurting so stopped and changed garmin to a walk, after a mile or so of walking shins were ok so changed back to a run but was also needing a toilet but the golf club is Still no open so back home. Out a again for another 7 miles so all in all just over 10 miles done but not as I hoped. No idea what is left to do for the 100k challenge so going to count it up and go for a walk later. Ggggrrrrr

Well done LD, I shall get your medal posted out tomorrow :-)

LG, well done on doing 10 miles. Chin up :-) Pin, well done.

I had a nice walk with the teen, down to see the ducks and saw a couple of HUGE dragonflies by the canal. But then we popped to the cafe for an all-day-breakfast but they only do Sunday dinners today. What foolishness is that? Bacon butty at home instead.

Well done LG. 10 miles is a great run. Especially as it’s warm today.

5 easy miles today. However, should have carried on running as legs felt good. Now, I have DOMS from hell. I’m not enjoying sitting down and trying to get back up again!
