Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

GF's daughter felt sick last night, so it may be something we ate.

Lovely walk with Floss this morning, a bit like a nature ramble as we saw several new-to-me wildflowers (Floss was also excited, I could tell :-) :-) ) and this afternoon popped out for a short bimble round the fields.

Ended up having to shepherd a runaway sheep off the road and into (the wrong) field as that was the only way it would go. Stupid animal. Phoned 101 and left the problem with the police :-) (It was heading towards the A46 via a very bendy road so I felt they should be the ones to sort it. I do wish livestock owners would put a notice up somewhere with their contact details, I've had to deal with escapee cows before now as well as sheep!

Nice long bike ride today after Father's Day breakfast from DD2. Was nice out there and peace and quiet for a few hours. DS2 still in deep teenager grumpdom so not even an acknowledgement from him, but DS1 and DD1 did remember too :-)

Wsw is within my grasp but would be very stupid. I need Sharktopus for once to keep me home!

We drove to see the cabin which is nice and just needs a good paint outside (inside is fine). But I'm not sure. I think it could become more effort that joy and the money might be better spent on random weekends away to different spots.

Just discovered that one of the victims in the Reading attacks yesterday was DD2's History teacher in Yr8 :-(
