There was plenty of snow once you were in, although the top was exposed rock ‘steps’, up to a rocky ridge. As I say, it was my first time in but the old lags that I was with seemed to know where we were!

Certainly a sphincter twitcher on the way to the “in”, wondering how tricky it would be, and I was definitely the weakest of the four of us but as with so many things, being in the right place at the right time wrt conditions and company meant that it was nothing like as bad as my worst fears.

We did it twice.

I know that I’m going on too much now but I’m guessing this is the the thread to do it.
