They appear to be new / unworn or maybe worn once or twice. They are E9 Jinny-Li. I think they are woman specific, but can't see any real reason why a man couldn't wear them. They are size S, and the inside leg is only about 26". Anyway, she bought them for £40, and is selling them for £35 plus postage.
