@ Snail, thank you, but I'm keeping the running distance low and slow as I'm recovering from a torn calf muscle and also have shin splints, so keeping what runs I do in the squares and as effective as possible

Salem nailed 6 squares with “yoga - cross training” before falling asleep
I kept a vaguely respectable score against Chell last week but might struggle against Foxy. I saw him out already this morning

Hi Pothunter!
I agree GG - WSW in some ways makes it easier to decide where to go for my run....on the other hand requires me to rein it in and be a bit more realistic about time/distance constraints some days - it's so easy and tempting to think ‘ooo I could just go a little way down this track’ or ‘I just go the long way around’ to bag an extra square or two and before you know it you’ve added a few miles extra! 🤔😂

Ultra Sparkly Bridget (USB)
This evening I ran to my circuit class then walked home by the same route. Some of the squares show a score of 4 as I expected but others only show 2. The traces go through all squares both times. Any suggestions before I bother Mr Fetch?
