I’m now in Telford...... training the hearing dog to sleep in a travel lodge! Our posh hotel in Liverpool had a brown stain on the carpet this travel lodge has a matching one.

Occasionally slightly drizzly but otherwise a great morning for running. Off out eating with some chums this evening, haven't seen them since before Christmas, so will have a lot to catch up on.
