Gosh, I didn't know beards required all these fards and unguents. Running is proving to be very educational. I quite fancy some bread and marmite now.
No running today. Running was planned, but I seem to have tweaked a calf muscle a little in my enthusiastic cleaning of the bathroom on Monday (balancing on the bath to evict a spider from the corner above the shower), so giving the leggy an extra rest.
Knitting for the great-niece is continuing. She is going to have a very stylish wardrobe of matching hats and coats/jackets/cardies/jumpers/dresses. Whether she wants it or not.
Salmon for Posh Fish Wednesday tea.
