It then kind of spirals - you feel rubbish, then you don't eat well, feel rubbish and so it goes around!! I am usually really good at pulling it back - but the last weeks been so tough, I am sure its since I have been back on the sugar!!

Aaw, that's lovely.
Sometimes something just needs to snap you back into gear. For me it was the discovery of a stretch mark on my stomach. A little but undeniable red line. It kept looking back at me like a little exclamation mark, saying "you can try to fool yourself, you fat bastard, but there's no denying that I'm here and I'm brand new". It was a difficult pill to swallow that I had given weight so rapidly that I had a new stretch mark. So now a month later and 12lbs down. Will keep chugging on and will not give up.

Morning, I ws just talking about this cycle last night. If you have a day off the rails think how many days you have been on track. One bad day in the week is still 6/7 good days and a 85% success rate. Don't give yourself a hard time just accept that's it done and move on making sure your next choice is a good one.
Granted easier said than done but the more you can change the ' I've blown it, I'm a big fat failure' thinking to 'FISH' and move on.

I'm not in any way saying I've mastered it but I think if we can be a bit kinder to ourselves it eventually rubs off that we aren't really so bad after all.
Think of one thing that went well today or even just something that made you smile, every little helps (( )) x
