Just to share picture of my niece Olivia in Nigeria and the medal that was dedicated to her the Yorkshire marathon 49th medal, she was born a day before the marathon and I wanted her to have it, so it has made the journey 6,000 miles air miles to be included with this cracking 6 month photo shoot picture, yet to meet her though so hopefully by early next year 😍😍😍

Good grief, Toks, what a stunningly cute niece you have! Absolutely beautiful - and I see she's even kitted out with proper trainers too, ready to run with you when you do get to meet up!
Got up this morning, right leg still problematical up and down stairs, but walked to pilates and back, and since then, it suddenly seems to have sorted itself and to be OK (touch wood, cross fingers, throw salt around black cats, kiss frogs and ladders, whatever else superstition might dictate). Not quite 100% but so much better than it has been, I'm actually not dreading Boston (UK not USA) on Sunday. Anyway, will see how it goes.
And it's curry night chez nous too!

I'm still surprised there's only one runner from this thread targeting VLM.
I know some of you hate VLM but it's quite a big marathon for just the one Fetchie in the sidebar.

Yippee! Stir fry tonight, though I'm not hungry...large lunch then I was a bit naughty munching on peanut M&Ms...a few too many for my own good!! I'll run them off on Sunday.
