For me, the horse could stand for two things. Firstly, that arya is going to kill Dany as it was a white horse. Or that arya will end up on the throne in some way as the white horse is reflective of Dany becoming queen when Khal drogo gifted her one.

Bran sees all and can warg into any animal. Was he “driving” the horse because he needs her for another job?
Probably not but it’s fun to speculate.

Assume Dany is going to get assassinated in some way, Arya is going to rock in a corner from PTSD for the rest of her days, Jon doesn't want the to claim his right to the throne, next heir in line of Lanisters is Tyrion, remarries Sansa, realm is united north and south. The end.

My mate at work predicts it like you do Hendo except the North and South are split up. Jon to kill Dany, renounce the throne and then live a quiet life across the narrow sea or with the Wildlings.

After re-watching the last episode of season 7 and then watching the first episode of season 8, I had a hunch that Sansa might end up Queen - probably just of the North/Winterfell. Rather than all 7 Kingdoms, which might remain separate realms - Yara reigning the Iron Islands? All depends on whether Dany makes it through episode 8 alive. I can't see Jon changing his mind about being ruler, and likewise don't think Arya has any interest. Bran is the dark horse to become Knng, (or even the Knight King - if he isn't already). Tyrion has 50/50 chance of making it to the end, so unlikely, but wouldn't mind a Sansa/Tyrion alliance at the end.

When the map in the red keep cracked, did it split down the line separating the north from the south?

Cersei is standing on The Neck, which forms the southern border of The North. The crack seems to split The Riverlands in two. Close though. It splits the realm into a north and a south.
Word is that a new Prince of Dorne has been cast but we’ve not seen him yet. Surely it can’t be a significant role introduced in the very final episode?
