Pondered why everyone else always looks as if they're enjoying their run more than I'm enjoying mine. Decided I need to smile while I run. Discovered smiling can only happen intermittently. Breathing has to take priority.

Doing the ironing, OH has just had to go and buy another tape measure...we have lost two since starting the bathroom so wonder if joiner and plumber have them in their tool boxes
