my garmin has suggested I need a period of rest or relaxation ... I wonder if I can tell my boss that and go have a snooze?!

My Garmin said that “today’s suggestion” for training was to rest too, EvilPixie I ignored it. 😂

this is my "body battery" it was almost flat yesterday (5/100) and I didn't sleep well so didn't recharge! Then I ran to work ..... and I have to run home too!

But plan a long bath and early night with easy day tomorrow to keep it happy

I'm at 23 so ready to bottom out!
not sure if I will go straight home (4.5m) or divert for an extra couple of miles
I guess Garmin would say straight home but you know miles and all that
or maybe do the longer route and walk the last mile or so... hmmmm

Went for a walk to Costa because I hate everyone. Woman in front of me in the queue started talking to me about how she hates the new menu screens, then about how her dog is hot, then about how her dog is called Paddy short for Paddington, then about how being called Paddy is possibly racist, then about how she met someone while she was dog walking who called the police to report ‘pikeys on the field’. Then about how Tyson Fury refers to himself as ‘the Gypsy King’ (if you say so), so that must be OK. So that escalated quickly. I feel much better now.

Headless chicken mode as we realise that - despite having had 3 years to prepare - we're in no way ready to head to this weekend's Spitfire Scramble.

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
