Brilliant picture! The bench is lovely. Ernie's dog walker often gets those kinds of pics. My pictures of E are generally a black blur.

#WorldCupWanda tells me you can get odds of 25/1 for Dele Alli to score a header tonight. But it looks like she is happy to swap her Marcelo Brozovic card...

57.5 Degrees of Pain
Belle was in a high state of excitement for 120 mins tonight, demolishing a tennis ball in the process. Now she won't calm down and is taking revenge on a squeaky toy.

I love Wanda.
I have to confess to a moment of judgement of a staffie the other day. It was rocketing across the park towards Ernie and I was worried. I think it was as much the frantic yells of the owner that made me panic. It was a total softie - like every other staffie I have ever encountered. I felt bad.

I can understand that concern hp. I try to ask owners first if I can let Wanda interact with their smaller dogs and explain that there is a possibility that in her enthusiasm to play she might treat it a bit like a bowling ball......but that she isn't charging in with the intention of killing it.
It's another reason why we muzzle all the time now too, people either see it and realise that she can't do any real harm in a muzzle or they take a bit more notice of what their own (and possibly not under full control) dog is doing - especially if it is being a bit barky and yappy itself!!
