Walk) x 3 but this time, I left the beach for the sandy trail above the Marina, followed by paths of varying sogginess over Crosby Coastal Park. Not much stamina for the 3rd rep....but the gasping and the mud on my legs and shoes labelled me a runner.

Big dump yesterday afternoon and overnight left loads of soft off-piste fluffiness first today’s adventure. My legs are shot away! The kids are having an amazing time and for the first year ever I’m feeling a bit jealous. But not enough to spoil my holiday. There’s definitely an element of baton handover to my young lad!
