Watching rugby inside a nice warm stadium must be wonderful. No such luxuries on offer Friday evening as we watched mini Nico play a cup match at Ashby. Bet you didn't know Mrs Nico was an eskimo*

I have swum and dreadmilled, feeling pretty ok today at long f#$king last.
I am at a retirement planning seminar today, where did the time go....I was the future once etc.
Booked a weeks leave next week, going to sort a few days in Mallorca or Lanza. Had the leave to use and now is the time, such has been the awfulness of Jan and the first half of Feb.

I've been told by a coach that it's a matter of presentation really. The reason for focus on the hips is that a lot of swimmers rotate the shoulders adequately but not the hips.
