Sunday was 30 mins of rollers before a 2:30 slow café ride, then a 6 mile run off. Still feeling frisky in the evening, so did a 'group ride' on Zwift. Madness. Was supposed to be a moderate tempo pace at 2.5-3.0 w/kg, but it went off like a rocket and I was shot out the back doing 3.5+ w/kg after about 15 minutes. Woke this morning woolly headed with elevated RHR, so sacked off swimming. We'll see if I do anything today.
