I logged my issue at about 9:15 this morning after an hour on hold and… nothing, nada. If it’s going to be the same tomorrow, please can you send me a text message and I’ll enjoy a day off, rather than sitting in front of a screen unable to do anything work related except browse the internet

[Couldn't really avoid speaking yesterday - Fresher's week, but kind of miffed to get Freshers' Flu before they've even started. I did wear a mask as well, which may not have helped my voice, but I'd feel terrible if I ruined their first week.]
