WTF? That's absolutely shocking. I mean, I've seen much worse houses of course but the lack of even the slightest smidgin of care and attention in that presentation is just amazing. Someone doesn't want to sell but forced to market the house perhaps? Uncooperative tenant? "You have 10 minutes and don't you dare touch any of my stuff"
