Curly45 Sep 2012 6:29pm, 29 Sep 2012 1,152 posts	0 Curly45 5m XC in Richmond park today - no need for the new spikes as it was firm underfoot, but ran strongly and got fastest woman (and a shiny gold medal too!). I love XC but need some mud for it to be truly fun

Maybe it was because the sun was shinin Macc Half tommorrow

The sun may have been shining, but I got the impression from the squelchiness underfoot that it probably hadn't been shining towards the latter half of the week. Roll on Park Hall. I think my favorite is still Leek though! Midlands XC relays at Walsall next weekend, we're not gonna win anything but its another course to tick off the list (done the parkrun a few times but not XC there..)
