Couldn't find an email for Nike so contacted them on twitter. Pretty fast response (1-2 hours?) and once I sent them my order number by PM they came back as follows:

"We went ahead and sent a return shipping label to your email on file to send the shoes to our facility for inspection. Our team will be in touch with updates via email once the shoes arrive."

Seems fair to me! Have seen others reporting that they sent their shoes off and never heard back. I've got pictures of the sole going through to the carbon plate and they look pretty new otherwise, quite low miles - fingers crossed!
