Also, can we have something else as well. Like a 400 meters or sumfing? And someone needs to set up the race so I can add it to my portfolio thank you please. And a group, we still need a group Frobby. I think that's it for now, I'll be back if I think of anything else. |

No, because your times will be so much better from having run on the superduper Olympic surface, you'll not realise how much lighter your pocket feels... I'm thinking of: 1 mile 400m 800m 1500m 100m Relays (if numbers permit) Cake and squash, and mulled wine I'l set up a group and races and stuff at some point over the next coupla days. |

tROUBLE WITH 100M is that it gives people outrageously high WAVAs - suggest anything shorter than 400m should be 'just for fun'.
