Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Gobi - your expertise would be appreciated here - if you could keep an eye that would be great. We are all folk whom a sub-4 would be a huge achievement, not just expected, if you catch my drift. Any help and guidance along the way and you can have out souls forever ;)

I used the RW HM programme and came in comfortably under 2h, so trying it again. Plans may be in a bit of trouble as getting married end of Feb, which will result in an almighty crash off the wagon, but hopefully leaving myself time to get up and going again afterwards. Will be first time over marathon distance, but hopeful that sub-4h is achievable. Uncomfortable truth is that nutrition will need to improve, and may well have to cut down on the booze. Ah well, worth it for the glory! Good luck all, looking forwards to hearing how it's going...
