Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

LD sent me here. This is the new shed, just a small 6x4 to replace the useless plastic thing we had.

I put the first coat of preservative on today. (The bright blue is masking tape.)

While I was out last night S & the boy filled it with lots of stuff that’s no supposed to be in there.

Most sheds are filled with stuff that's not supposed to be anywhere ;-) I like the paint colour :-)

The preservative on ours is very orange (apparently the makers name means 'orange' in Welsh, not sure if that's true) and I'm thinking I will leave it to weather down a bit before I do mine, as I reckon the paint might not adhere terribly well to it at the moment. Fear not, I will put a photo on here when it's done!

About This Thread

Maintained by Ocelot Spleens
We got our new shed today. Small and compact, 4 foot by 6, just enough to store ladders, tools mower, spare pots and garden furniture, maybe my bike depending on my insurance. It's about a third of the size of the old one which means we have spaceport a small greenhouse, it also has a good sturdy lock and windows so I might store overwintering tender plants in there too.

Share your sheds here. I know some of you have really posh ones!
