Hmm, Ness 10K? Must look into it. Poor OM. Hope all works out. Had a great muddy experience at the weekend OM. Have a look at me blog if you're interested. Coming up to us in teh Pentlands is too far for you tho isn't it? Have fun yersel.

TBH I've given up on getting a marathon in this year. All my options have been knocked on the head for one reason or another and the training has been for nothing. Still planning on doing my 20 miler this week though, just because.

Phantom, I have four children and no childcare. Do you know how much trains for 5 cost these days? not to mention the accommodation.
